At the club’s AGM in July 2020 members voted to adopt the following mission statement:
“Our Mission is to provide and develop rowing at all levels for residents in Chester and the surrounding area whilst striving to attain excellence in competition, coaching and recreation using excellent facilities in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment”
Following this a small task group has been working on how we should take this forward and produce a concise set of main values that best represents our club, and its charitable status. To help us achieve this we would like your views on what we have proposed so far. Therefore, please spend a few minutes completing the survey link below.
