Scan the COVID QR code

From today we will have a venue specific QR code at the club (it will be put up on a few locations but only needs to be scanned once) - it will work with the NHS track and trace app - which you will need to download. The club will continue with existing booking system via adult crew representatives / junior coaches and Chloe (club captain) will be the main point of call should we need to get in touch with individuals using the crew lists retained by the adult crew representative / junior coaches.  For info if the club is notified of a positive case having been present at the club, the club would then close until thorough cleaning has taken place. Chloe will directly contact organisers of any sessions affected.  Our documents will be updated and re-circulated this weekend to cover gym capacity for various groups / sessions and clarification of one way system for gym access (which thus far has been communicated only with affected squads but will increase in use as we head into the Autumn).
